A super-durable, hyper-versatile sandbag with an internal filler bag and roll-top closure, designed in-house and made in the USA. Ships with the exact weight needed and perfect ratio of sand to recycled crumb rubber to fill the bag to its optimal volume and make it easy for you to unpack, fill, and get to work.
NOTE: If using a sandbag inside of the Atom GPP training program, the weight-to-level relationship is as follows:
25lb/14lb - L4 Beginner Male/Female
40lb/20lb - L3 Novice Male/Female
55lb/35lb - L2 Intermediate Male/Female
70lb/50lb - L1 Advanced Male/Female
